Christopher Rogers is an associate with Rogers Law, Ltd. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of general corporate law and private securities offerings. Chris has substantial experience with state blue sky law compliance for private placements and regularly advises companies and individuals on the purchase and sale of privately-held business interests, corporate governance and entity formation issues. Chris also provides legal counsel in intellectual property and employment law matters.

Chris splits his time between Phoenix and New York, where he served the community as a pro bono Special Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn. Chris’s prior experience includes serving as a senior Legislative Assistant to a Member of Congress, and as one of the producers of CNN's daily political debate program "Crossfire" in Washington, D.C. He also worked in the Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau, Policy Division, and for Phoenix-based telecommunications company, Syntellect, Inc.
