Cynthia Y. McCoy is Of Counsel to Rogers Law, Ltd. Cynthia has extensive experience in all matters of business law cultivated from more than 25 years practicing law. She counsels corporate clients of all sizes in connection with various transactional matters, including organization and finance, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and real estate leases, acquisitions and sales. She also represents lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending transactions and in negotiating and documenting other kinds of loan transactions and workouts.

Cynthia has previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Arizona State University College of Law, as Judge Pro Tempore of the Court of Appeals of the State of Arizona, as a Partner at Brown & Baine, P.A., and as a Shareholder of Moore McCoy, P.C.
