Since 1981, Steve Rorke has been engaged in the private practice of law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities regulation, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, transactions and business law. Steve has over 28 years experience in the representation of securities issuers, entrepreneurs and investment banking firms in public and private securities transactions involving a variety of industries including airline, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, hospitality, real estate, broadcast media, energy and financial services.

Steve has represented and served as an officer of various public and private corporate clients with responsibility for management of a broad range of legal matters including capital formation, securities and other transactions, disclosure and compliance, new business formations, regulatory and licensing matters, negotiation, drafting and standardization of contracts, human resources, finance, technology and equipment acquisitions, investor relations, corporate governance, risk management, litigation oversight, and the office of the corporate secretary.
