Bob Rogers is a corporate and securities attorney and entrepreneur with 35 years experience in building companies. Regardless of its current stage of development, whether a start-up or established public company, Bob focuses on ushering a business into its next growth stages. Having facilitated public and private financing for all sizes of companies in New York, Canada, and Europe, Bob offers his clients access to the global financing opportunities of the 21st century.

Bob commenced his law practice on Wall Street and became a partner in a New York-based, multi-national law firm. Having founded and taken public his own medical technology company, Bob understands the entrepreneurial spirit and knows the institutional challenges and unlimited opportunities before today's business leaders.

Bob received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University where he was named an International Fellow by the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. Bob serves as General Counsel and an Executive Committee member of the Board of the Canada-Arizona Business Council. Bob is an avid cyclist and speaks fluent German.
